My career path was a much rewarded journey. A journey of passion and wonder. A journey of wonderful discoveries, conceptual and intellectual ones, as well as botanical, medical, psychological, chemical and practical ones.I pursued a career in alternative, integrative and complementary medicine because of my personal belief that we humans are more powerful that we can ever imagine and we just need to learn how to unlock our full potential! Many people have considered me an avant-garde pharmacist and maybe I am- a pharmacist who cannot stand up for the missions and visions of Big Pharma. As a chemist who knows molecules, I realized long time ago that most drugs do more harm than good and pills are just a material form of promised hope.
In alignment with my core belief, I spent ten years exploring both traditional and alternative methods including Ayurvedic Medicine & Traditional Chinese Medicine to further deepen my knowledge of curative, preventive and integrative medicine. I have practiced and researched new approaches to medicine and I become an ardent promoter of innovative methods of evaluation as a way to integrate Quantum consciousness into the Art of healing.
My diverse interests resulted in a wide range of skills, training, and certifications in the fields of holistic health including Clinical Aromatherapy, Homeopathy, Energy Medicine, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hormone Balancing, Sterile compounding , Anti-Aging and Longevity. Never in my life have I been afraid to master any new skill, expand my horizons or share my vision with others.
During my Ph.D. studies I rediscovered my passion for aromatherapy and the chemistry of essential oils. I see aromatherapy as an ancient ART-SCIENCE and essential oils as very powerful medicine. After all, essential oils are concentrated SOLAR ENERGY captured inside the plant and with every single drop we bring that energy of the Sun into our body. What synthetic molecule can be more powerful than the Sun, I wonder!
In search of excellence I dedicated my life to the promotion of natural health, the prevention of disease, and enabling a greater understanding of the human body and its consciousness. For many years I spoke and presented regularly at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto creating awareness for integrative health care and the life-enhancing, life-saving treatments it offers. Driven by creative passion along with my colleges I founded Galena Pharm, “galenic” laboratory specialized in innovative compounding ,sterile compounding, hormone replacement therapy, chelation therapy, prolotherapy, pain management, mesotherapy and integrative medicine.
All my life I knew that my true mission is to inspire and empower people to live happier and healthier lives.

My pharmacy career started as a compounding pharmacist overseas. As a new graduate pharmacist, I was very fortunate to be introduced to this science! It is also an art, with infinitive possibilities and combinations firmly grounded with knowledge and courage to apply the creativity. For me, that was the experience of my life, whatever I have imagined that pharmacy should look like and the pharmacist should have been. What a revelation!
Even though my path was leading me to different pharmacy fields, I always knew that all these life stations were just the necessity of gaining more knowledge and experience to have them incorporated into the core of my passion, the compounding laboratory.
Through my career, I worked as a medical representative, active educator for nurses, doctors and other health professionals. I was attending the conferences, seminars, adopting new competences, and always striving for more knowledge and up-to- date information. I was the clinical geriatric pharmacist, actively working to develop strategies for optimal residential care within the healthcare team liaising with nursing staff, physicians, and management stakeholders. As a personal consultant pharmacist for the geriatric patients, I was recognized as a compassionate, knowledgeable and competent, with very strong ethics.
Being enthusiastic, highly motivated to help others, with personal goals to embrace collective mindfulness and happiness, I am always curious and open to see and learn more. I firmly stand by the vision that natural and traditional medicine have to work together and share the knowledge with people in order to provide the best possible benefits for all of us. Everyone is a unique treasure and everyone needs a unique guidance to reach the individual path to optimal health.
Galena Pharm is the fulfillment of a dream. I truly believe that it will be the place where our clients will recognize the knowledge, competencies, our passion! I am determined that the practice of pharmacy is comprehensive and provides a holistic approach together with traditional medicine. The pharmacist must be able to adapt and customize treatment and counseling according to the patient`s personal needs and their unique inner being.
